1. sleep

with out proper sleep, the muscles will work all night and wear them selves "thin"....such people never truly "relax"...so relaxing sleep herbs help them.....

thin people normaly can not eat them selves fat...in old europe they frcefed the thin women slaves to make them plumb and fat for the popes/kings to breed to make more castle slave children......the milk just expanded the flesh with fat.

2. habits
you say he is atheltic......what does he do? does he run? i can't imagine being able to do that much being that thin?

people that are addicted to running or addicted to exercise will wear them selves out in teh same manner as above, plus they destroy their calcium in their blood stream.

3. diet
yup, diet is king

to have a toxic appendix at such a young age shows a diet problem and or worm problem if i had to make some guesses and as always, this forum has zero proffesional diagnosis, diagnoses by law only is allowed by the college brotherhood known as the ama.
