So today I continued with juice fasting.

I have finished a bottle of prune juice and still had no urge to go.

I took a daily dose of Miralax and I still didn't have to go.

I decided to do light jogging on the treadmill at an incline to get things moving. It worked for a bit, but still not as much as I wanted.

I went to the store and bought the big bag enema kit and gave myself one. Things were pretty good as I was able to go. I am still continuing to go, although it isn't much but at least its something. The only thing is that it's almost all water. I may have gotten most of my self unclogged. I know though that I still have a lot in me so I am patiently awaiting my Oxypowder to hopefully cleanse me all the way out.

I also have just finished off a bottle of apple juice and had some lettuce to see if that could possibly help.

I will be updating more tomorrow. I have to work tonight and I hope things go smoothly, no pun intended!
