I tried all of that except for a heating pad and castor oil. I live in Singapore and haven't been able to find any castor oil. I had a liter of apple juice every day for five days and my diet is always quite low fat. I also had a colonic a few hours before the drinking the Epsom Salts . I had a pretty stressful day and thought that might have contributed. Not sure. I'm pretty frustrated and really thinking about surgery now. Thanks for the advice though.
