Hi Jame,

I received this message in my inbox, I am not sure if you are talking to me or not but what you said is pretty worthless.

Pushups and ab-wheels can decrease the breast size. So no 3 times a week for me or any woman who it affects this way, I do not want to decrease bust size.

When I could do 50 pushups I didn't have the hugest breasts then either, but my chest did not appear athletic.
