Hi, thanks for the information.

When I drank the salt water years ago, I think I threw up right away or was very close to. I don't see nausea on the list of bromide detox symptoms. I am afraid that it might be related to the blood pressure and that is why I didn't take the salt flush.

I heard using potassium chloride instead for people with hypertension. Do you think that could work for me instead of using salt?

I don't have any potassium chloride right now so do you think I should stop using Iodine until I have it in hand?

Does doing 100 mg heal faster? I heard doing 50 mg for 6 months can cure PCOs so I was planning to that and see how my body reacts before leveling down.

I definitely want to get better faster as it has been 4 years since I stared having PCOs symptoms and about 3 1/2 years for thyroid issues.
