Do you have examples of these super lean proteins?
The candida diet says to start introducing some carbs back into the diet after a few weeks anyway. Apart from the avocados i have been off the fruit especially the bananas as high sugars caused my symptoms to kick in before such as tingling in my left hand (I do not have diabetes - I actually had the diabetes testing done with glucose test etc)

I used to always eat almonds but when I thought perhaps it could be illoceal valve syndrome (and the chiropractor thought it too) i read and was told almonds are the worst for that condition.
I will try finding these lima beans in Japan!
