If your situation is that bad, you should definatly try the miralax. Also, you could try drinking several cups of warm water throughout the day with the juice and pulp of one lemon, along with lots of pure water also. This has worked miracles for me. I have done this 2-3 days in a row with no side-effects except getting really cleaned out.
