Thanks mate, this has helped put my focus back in to getting better.

I think part of my problem is that I literally go insane not doing everything, watching all my friends out riding or sky diving, snd sometimes I just lose control and think 'yeah i feel ok,im going riding' and i normally manage it fine. Im not as fast or as fearless as I used to be, but I get through it and have the glow afterwards, until the evening when I start feeling terrible again.

IVe been on the programme six months but with this latest step back, I imagine ill need to see the winter out before I can do anything physical again. I think I might put my bike in the loft so I dont get reminded on a daily basis and wont be as tempted as much!
