My energy is back and some.

The news usually makes me feel helpless so I don't usually pay attention. However tonight I was browsing and I felt like the best thing I can do for myself, my mind, my emotional psyche, my body is this fast.

I am feeling stronger and less afraid to tackle challenges.

Going to continue the fast...
