Believe me I am the most dentist weary person imaginable. I haven't been to the dentish in years and my teeth are much better off because of it. Think of naturopathic dentists as toxic waste removal specialists when it comes to removing mercury from your mouth. This is their primary function in my mind.

But if you feel fine then that is nice and dandy. Dunno why you are oil pulling to begin with but chances are very high it is caused by the mercury in your gums.
