I have been off alcohol for 12 years. I get plenty of vit d from the sun and egg yolks and fish oil in the winter. Plus I take a month long vacation in a tropical country every winter.

I tried diet only for 3 years and still was not cured. I have been taking supplements for the past 8.5 months. Since starting the supps I have been slowly healing.
