I agree with Sherpa. You've got it backwards. self-gratification/p 0 r n has affected your adrenals.

Just looking at p 0 r n demands a huge amount of adrenaline and dopamine, and ejaculation creates another surge in hormones.

Anything that increases your heart rate is a stressor.....even if it's fun
