Hello! Your adrenals need Sea Salt to help them function. It needs to be Sea Salt and not regular table salt , though. Look for air dried Sea Salt for best results.

Also, you might want to add some adaptagens (like ginseng which I think you mentioned that you are already taking) and maca. Maca root supports your adrenals and your thyroid. For more information on maca see
