Thanks Sherpa,its terrible to say and feel, but it helps knowing you arent the only one going through it..sounds like your recoveries coming on great though, great stuff.. So the intense setback is a usual course when on the supplements?

Do you mind me asking when you were able to start excercising again without it putting you in a crash? its driving my crazy not being able to do anything, and seriously putting on weight which is starting to really get me down mentally
