Thank you for your knowledge and any advice is worth looking at.

I have some nice coconut oil.
I know dental clean up is needed but i can not afford it right now.
No root canals but i do have amalgams.
I also have slight gingivitis which I need to go to the hygienist to get cleaned. I had some work done a few months back they said to wait 3 months to come back again
