I swear I had the same symptoms as you when I was fighting a virus off in my gums which spread to my brain... shallow, restless sleep.. constant brain chatter to the point of feeling schizophrenic....waking up throughout the night. What finally helped me kick it was large dosing of Iodine at the right time. It seems like the body quarantines viruses for a future date when it is able to handle them. Enlisting the aide of Iodine gives your body an incentive to fight and in fact Iodine is a very powerful antiviral. You will know you have beaten it when you are midway in a fever and begin sweating profusely.

All the other stuff- yea man you never know what is in an apartment! I know in UK everyone is using deadly mercury fluorescent lightbulbs now. All it takes is one break- yep just one broken lightbulb and your room becomes a safety hazard. Be careful with apartments!

If you enjoy your job and need to remain in the office, there are some measures you can employ to minimize the effects of the electricity in your nervous system. Shower before going to bed- it will help discharge your system and relax your mind.
