MH - I have no metal in my mouth - had all metal fillings removed and replaced with gold many years ago. Also, I drink ozonated, filtered water.

Yes, I too cannot understand how I can be so constipated being a vegetarian - I just finished a parasaite cleanse which I bought from you, I guess - from the Barefoot Herbalist - also, I did a three week oxycleanse for the bowels a few months ago.

So, I will keep trying - my blood pressure is always high and I therefore, reluctantly have to take "drugs" which I hate - but, what can I do - if I do not my BP goes through the roof - right now I am very hot, sweaty and have a horrible headache. So, I took my second BP pill.

Are you vegetarian - if so, what do you eat for protein and iron.
