Hello,

Thanks for the previous info in my last post. Update is i am now on day 24 of water fast. I have now developed what i believe to be hives on my chest. I have never had this before in any other fast or in my life to date. The question is should i just leave it to progress/work itself out or should i take a anthistamine?

The fast has been easy, mostly because i am on holiday so have been resting alot- i had planned on going for a walk each day but just don't have the energy for this - no BM since before the fast, and i have done no enemas as per Shelton - my skin on face is clear and some old scars healed and totally disappeared, mouth in morning is still very coated and not pleasant at all.

My only concern is i don't want these hives to spread to more visible areas before i go back to work. They are also very itchy.

Any advice once again appreciated.
