I like Arnold Ehret, so I'd probably like the other two as well.

I'd also add to Ehret's approach to food and fasting, to make proper use of herbs and plant fats and essential oils, not only internally but also in the air we breathe. There are a number of other crucial things to do too IMO, but these two changes should give a person a good start.
