Well I am trying the candida diet because a number of my symptoms such as anxiety like attacks (after drinking/caffeine/stress) , Numbness, fungal infections ( i have nail infection and regular re occurance of feet infection) are supposedly related to candida.

Someone else mentioned that they had Crohn's disease with symptoms similar to some of mine (rumbling in lower right stomach), which they cured by following a good diet, having probiotics and high doses of vitamin b and ginseng.

The diet is pretty close to the paleolithic diet in any case which is not a bad diet to be on.

I am not really missing too much nutritional benefits from not eating rice/bread...
