Thanks ND. I ended up following the instructions exactly and using the grapefruit juice with the olive oil. Drank it right out of the jar with a straw in bed LOL and used my herbal mouth spray so I didn't have to get up after. With the water added up to 1/2 quart jar, the drink didn't taste too bad.

We're supposed to be on our right side all night? Because I woke up tossing and turning. Anyway ... I'm sure the first time is the hardest ...
