I still think you're not looking at the complete picture.

I agree that "Adrenal Fatigue" can be worsened by stress, and that hypoglycemia is itself a form of stress. I think we're agreed on that.

And I believe that Adrenal Fatigue can actually cause hypoglycemia. Do you believe that? (Via insufficient cortisol.)

But... I also believe that external stress can cause Adrenal Fatigue in the first place (or keep it going). What about you?
