Since my fast started and the hives my energy has been very low. I mostly stayed in bed. I was very exhausted today and even considered breaking the fast. I'm very glad I didn't.

I have also started using castor oil packs.Not sure why, but the hives don't come on when I am wearing the pack.

since the pack, I have been having more gas. and this morning I had a bm. incredible.

my energy changed drastically tonight. I feel alive and strong. I'm very grateful to have seen that healing crisis through.
