Turtle... I feel you on the brain fog, complexity of the problem, and unsureness of doses. I had to experiment and find out what was soothing to my body without being overstimulating.

I was also helped greatly by Dr. Lam's book - which lists ranges or doses but not specific doses as it varies greatly per person. If you don't have his book, order it today:

The only way to know what works is to "start low and go slow" and keep a detailed journal of what you are taking and the reactions.

If you want to see an example of a spreadsheet I kept, send me a mail and I'll send you a link, TurtleBrain.

While recovering from "Stage 3C" AF.. over a 10 month period that is still occurring, I took the following. Listed in order of perceived importance and timing...

3 to 7 grams of mixed ascorbates and liposomal vitamin C in various pills and liquid forms

900 to 1200 mg of Panthethine and/ or panthetonic acid - in various forms

450 mg Liposomal glutathione

400 - 800 i.u. Vitamin E

B6 or B-complex Vitamin

5 to 50mg pregnenlolone (added after 2 months for extra adrenal support, increase to max range after crash)

5 to 15mg DHEA (during or after crashes for extra support)

Other supplements where: Seriphos (to loer high cortisol, as needed), Melatonin 3mg time release (for sleep), Ashwaganha (added at the 9 month point after adrenal reserve had been rebuilt... for increased stress resistance).

Very complex question you ask, hope this helps a little!
