That is great news you are recovering. Well I really can't give you advice on dating...been married 30 years now. But I had the same issue as you with sex...I had to keep it real short and sweet and not even have an orgasm. I would get drained right away, not as bad now. To me it felt like the energy was sucked right out of me. The feeling in the arms I would get when ever I over did anything including sex. I always associated that with low cortisol. In fact if I took a little extra dose in the past of hydrocortiosne it calmed it down with in about 12-15 minutes. I do not rely on the hydrocortisone like I did in the past, but I am on a low daily dose and hoping to get lower soon.
