I have just returned from another dr visit as i am still have spotting 1st half of my cycle. He had the results of a 7dpo blood test back in May where my estrogen was 220. He basically said although my progesterone was good at 34 my estrogen only just scraped in. He suggested taking a very low dose of Premarin for a couple of months to help with spotting and the low/ foggy, dizzy feelings I have for first 10 days of the month in the hope it kick starts my body again.

Has any one else tried this? I am reluctant to take another drug after horrific Mirena side effects but he says this drug is bioidentical (which I am not sure about give its from horses) and should be more tolerated.
