I guess I am doing things right as well as possible ... I did the Iodine bromide test and bromide was high Iodine excretion was 79%. I have been takin magnesium for years and have all hardwood floors in main living areas, a bamboo mattress and don't drink bottled water or tap, use all natural products on skin and hair and am paleo template eater so no gluten or grains besides white rice for almost a year. I am just starting the Iodine journey and just changed to nature thyroid medicine which has regulars my temp. I hoping the bloating an belly weight diminishes as I detox bc it's very upsetting. :/ thank you fOr all of your time and input!!
