I'm no expert, just another flailing sufferer. However, going heavy on meats nails me since they produce ammonia gas during digestion which combined with the ammonia candida creates pushed me over a cliff...it's been a heck of a struggle ever since. Slowly the ammonia levels are tapering off.

Have heard the enemas can work wonders and will follow your progress. Haven't heard of lactulose enemas...where'd you secure the agent? Have heard of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement /CDC and of course dvjorge has had great success with nystatin but, not sure mms/cdc wouldn't deplete too much slat/minerals from my weakened body and haven't any access to nystatin.
