I feel for you. Bloating is uncomfortable.

I am doing quite a bit of Iodine and I have noticed bloating sometimes when I up the dose. Taking a natural diuretic helps stop it. I usually make a tea with dandelion root or burdock root (as well as other herbs for liver) and just sip it through out the day.

They are kind of bitter so if you don't like the taste they do come in capsule form.
