I have seen a lot of posts that say because apricot seeds contain cyanide you will die. You will find cyanide in many of the fruits and vegetables you presently eat. Apple juice, almonds, lima beans, spinach and many seeds of stone fruits all contain cyanide.

The question of apricots containing cyanide is absolutely true, they do. Perhaps you should research the founder of the B17 vitamin Dr. Ernst Krebb, Jr or perhaps read the book "World Without Cancer" by Edward Griffin. There has been a great deal of research into Apricot Seeds
