I notice if I try and sleep on my right side with my legs only slightly bent I get far less nausea because I keep the oil from flushing back into the stomach which makes me feel very ill. If I switch to the other side, or on to my back I get alot of nausea. I used to think the more toxins removed the more nausea but I feel it has more to do with oil travelling back into the stomach which is the culprit. P.S. I don't mind the olive oil at all.. flaxeed oil on the other hand makes me gag with only a small amount swallowed.
