I am still here with my gallbladder and stone.

I stopped flushing around 2007/2008 and switch to using bitters on the tongue with every meal. I also use magnesium malate. If I overeat I often take some Epsom Salts . When I feel I might get an attack I drink a glass of warm water with 1 tbs ES dissolved in it. I feel better
in about 20 minutes.

It shows you can live with Gallstones but the bitters will keep your bile in the liver going.

So it depends on your problems if it is not bad and you don't want to do the flush try the bitters and if you are uncomfortable try the 1 tbs of ES in water and see if that helps.
