Eat only complex carb - Okinawa diet - millet, brown rice, broccoli, parsley and 2 eggs daily, spirulina, omega3, cod liver oil caps, vit C and B-complex plenty.

Sodium Potassium ratio 2,5 up to 4:1 IN EVERY MEAL !! I gain 2 kilo per 4 days !! On ~ 85% carb / 10% protein / 5% fat - herxes are strong but i see progress on my skin !!

So do 3-3,5:1 ratio for Sodium , eat plenty of SALT !!!
