So, please be clear here!!!!!

People mostly take prunes for the "laxative affect" which you say will occur if your body finds the prunes to be toxic.

So, are you saying that if we eat prunes, and we have the desired affect of a laxative, that we should NOT EAT THEM because it indicates they are toxic?????

Really kinda confusing here guys!
