I tried to do a Liver Flush with coconut oil.

It made me horribly ill. I've been very sick, out of both ends, not feeling very good at all.

Just managed to eat a little bit now a whole day later.

I'm never touching coconut oil again! I've not been that sick in a long time...

Back to square one.
