Hi there. I am on day 3 of a water only fast. It is going well, but in order to get as far as I need to I am going to need help/support/encouragement. I am looking for someone to join me and would be great support for you too. I am based in the UK (london). Either in person/phone/email is fine.

ps my fasting is for health reasons so really need to stick this one one, but happy to communicate with someone fasting for any reason....
