Does anyone have any thoughts on tofu? Obviously I know it's not part of the ideal fruitarian diet. I'm thinking that it would be much better than meat and dairy. Will it do much harm if eaten occasionally?

I'd like to try making tofu mayonnaise (with garlic in it of course) :)
