I just bought a Sota Magnetic Pulser and was curious to see how effective it was at clearing the lymph nodes. I dont want to start out doing it too long and releasing to many toxins at once. Also Where should I start pointing the device and for how long.

I also want to avoid electropollution so other than garlic and prescriptions what should be avoided while using the Magnetic Pulser?
