I completely agree. I've never seen my body react like this before. I have done 3 15-day MCs and each of those went without a hitch. From the get-go I had incredible energy and that gradually increased with each day on the cleanse.

With my current u/h2o fast, I am extremely fatiqued, mentally sluggish, and my hair is extremely dry and matted (it is usually asian hair that I never ever need a comb for).

I am getting the feeling that my body is telling me something very important.

Concurrently I am also going through intense emotional cleansing and I feel like I am facing the root of things for once and for all. The truths that have been coming up recently are incredible.

Anyways, I appreciate your in depth reply and your detailed breakdown of cellular processes and the role of the type of foods we eat (processed vs. organic).

I recently made the switch to eating mostly vegetables, and I am willing to consider eating just organic. The story that is playing is that it is too expensive, but I know enough to know there are ways around that. My friend just told me about a organic veggie coop I can order from.

I will order some and keep them on hand in case I want to make fresh juice one night.
