The Rife Digital is not very accurate. Can only change in 10 Hz steps. What I mean is if you want to use 727 Hz you can't. You have to use either 720 Hz or 730 Hz.

With that said, if you can afford $500, I'd recommend a F-125.
I'd also recommend foot pads over hand holds for long-term use. Can be on the computer while getting zapped at the same time. Makes life easy doing this.
I can't comment on the models you linked to as I don't own them and I don't know of anyone that does.
