Yes I do use it, but not as often as I should... it's very time consuming and it makes me feel a little guilty sitting on it for so long... Now I need to get new hand and foot covers since mine disintegrated in the wash. Using socks instead : )

That frequency might work wonders for me since I've been feeling like a total slimebag!! The Char frequencies have always held my interest.

It feels like now the biggest problem is with the candida/fungus/yeast/algae/slime and what now may be lichen.
