Hi,

Would you have recommended the same if I had told you I've had Hep C for over 30 years? I'm in good general health. ALA rounds seemed to increase my AST and ALT. I want to do more ALA rounds, and with the help of Glutamine and possibly NAG, I may do better on ALA.

Do you take whey protein or other protein powder? I got some rice protein but I think whey protein is better absorbed.
