Yeah, why are prunes toxic? I'm shocked since I've started drinking prune juice regularly the past month thinking it helps elimination. I figured it was a better alternative to senna.

I thought all fruits were good. I'm very surprised. What about other similar fruits like raisins, dried apricots, figs, and others? How can you tell if a fruit is toxic?
