I am the owner of the web service, we do ozonated olive oils in Russia.
First of all, I'd like to apologize of my English, but I hope you'll uderstand what I want to say.
I can not agree with your reply:
"Any ozonator that can bubble ozone through water in this fashion can also bubble ozone through olive oil."

I don't think so. We use our own technology of ozone bubbling and I can tell you - not anay ozonator can bubble ozone trhough olive oil. In this case you'll get unpredictable results of peroxide number in ozone. sometimes ozone, oil and plastic tubes can flame up.

So, I call you to be more carefull during your experiment with bubbling olive oils.
