I have been on NB for 8 months. I am certainly better than I was. Yesterday I shopped for close to 6 hours straight. A year ago that would have been unheard of. Today we are doing some overdue spring cleaning. I just need to work on my intestinal health which the probiotics seem to be helping greatly.
