Hey People

I have a question for you about magnesium. There are so many "kind" or binders. I have tourette syndrom, and I wanted to know which kind I should go for?
I also have A thyroid nodules, but i am already on the Iodine protocol.

At the moment I am using Magnesium Chloride in spray form, is this okay, or is there something which is more optimal?
