Yargh.. that's why nobody talks about the length of time...

Well.. hopefully the rest of the factors in my life-- work and wife- will put up with me while this is occurring.

It's such a strange thing to explain to people-- how you can concurrently feel SO much better/clearer/more centered-- and at the same time, feel so absolutely unsettled and.. well.. SICK. When I think about my ability to feel present in the world-- I'm great, but when I consider how toxed out I feel... I really don't feel too good physically.

Along the way, I'm still running and cycling, still working and eating well, drinking tons of water, doing salt pushes and on a balanced regimen of supplements to help get all this crud out of my system and just hoping it all helps, and the symptoms let up, 'cause I feel REALLY dark cloud-y and disengaged a lot of the time.

Just waiting for a ray of light or two that my wife can see, because it's difficult to keep asking for patience when I feel like the crabbiest SOB on the planet at times.
