Hi Sophia,

I agree ... MH is grassroots, not wanting to be in the public eye but to make a real difference in the lives of those of us who will listen.

Another person I've followed somewhat is Frederic Patenaude. I think his thinking is closer to MH than some of the others. He warns about a lot of the raw fooders eating way too much fat - nuts, avocadoes, etc. He also promotes eating mainly fruit as a "staple" food.

It's good to see these people who are making efforts to improve their health and their family's but again, no one else puts all the answers together the way MH does.
