Hi I am on my 3rd day of the P&B shake cleanse. I take 1 tsp of the psyllium and 1 tblsp of the liquid Bentonite twice a day w/ apple juice. So far I am having 1 bowel movement a day, in the morning as it was before the cleanse and I have been very gassy. When should I start to see a change in my bm's? Like when should I have more than 1 a day?
