I didn't see that you guys wrote, thanks for the encouragement. I guess you are right, I could just stay away from the appointment, and i know that the doctors probably don't want to discuss anything, but i will try. My final answer is no.

About the nodule pressing on my windpipe, it is 2,2 cm, and i have had problems with it before i was going to sleep, it was irritating me and pressing gently on my windpipe, but it is much better now.

I have also ordered some transdermal magnesium and started spraying myself with it, and I am curious to see if it will help a little. As far as I know low magnesium reduces T4, and I think I have been low on magnesium for a while.

As a Child i was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome, tics, and I have done a lot of things to reduce the tics by changing my diet and taking supplements ect. and it had really helped me a lot.
